All About Your Telephone

We interact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis; students, faculty, parents, staff, and vendors.  Many times, a telephone call is the first contact people have with our campus, so we should treat callers accordingly.  Your telephone set has many features that we can use during calls, including call forwarding and conferencing.  We will also discuss voicemail, out of office messages and essential phone behavior.
