Accessibility in Canvas – Unlock an effective user experience for all learners in your Canvas courses. This hands-on session will provide you with the keys needed to optimize your course content for accessibility. You will be guided through the steps for optimizing course content and assessments, including pages, quizzes, and assignments.

Canvas: Transition your Course to a New Semester – This one-hour demonstration will outline tasks to complete in your courses at the end of the current semester and beginning of a new semester to make the transition to each new term as smooth as possible. You will review both essential and recommended tasks along with how-to resources and suggested timelines. Participants will leave with practical strategies to enhance their existing strategies for managing and organizing their courses in Canvas.

Introduction to Qualtrics – This session will acquaint members of the Penn State community with several of the primary features of the Qualtrics survey tool. Qualtrics is a robust tool that allows users to quickly create and distribute surveys, as well as report the results of surveys using a powerful reporting tool.

Sharing in Office 365 – Some of the most popular features in Office 365 are cloud-based file sharing and file collaboration. In this workshop, you will learn about these features in order to choose the right Microsoft tool for your sharing and collaboration needs.
